These Terms & Conditions set out the terms that apply when you use the South African
Zest website or purchase products from us online. By using our website or placing an
order, you agree to these terms, subject to your legal rights as a consumer.

South African Zest operates a South African food shop and café/restaurant and provides
online ordering and delivery services.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems,
introduce malicious software, or use the website in a way that could damage, disable or
impair its operation.
We may update or change website content, products, services or features from time to
time.
3. Products and Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and other
information on our website are accurate.
Product photographs are provided for illustration and, where appropriate, packaging or
presentation may differ from images shown online.
Ingredients and allergen information should be checked on the product packaging where
applicable. If you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before
ordering if you require further information.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information or pricing. If an error
affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding where

Product prices will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges may apply and will be shown before you complete your order.
Orders over £70 currently qualify for free UK delivery, subject to the terms of the delivery
policy.
Prices and delivery charges may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an
order that we have already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
5. Placing an Order
You can place an order by selecting products on our website, adding them to your basket
and completing the checkout process.
You are responsible for checking your order details before submitting the order, including
the products selected, quantities, delivery address and contact details.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement or confirmation from us.
We may be unable to accept an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious
pricing or product-information error, or there is another genuine reason that prevents us
from fulfilling the order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been made, we will
arrange an appropriate refund where required.
6. Payment
Online orders are processed through Wix Payments.
Online payment methods currently include:
- Credit/debit card payments
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
In-store and café/Restaurant payments currently include cash, card and contactless
payments. EFT payments are not accepted.
Your payment may be subject to verification or authorization by the relevant payment
provider. We do not directly store your full payment card details where these are
processed by the payment provider.
7. Delivery
We currently offer delivery across the UK using Royal Mail.
The expected delivery time is 3–6 working days.
Orders over £70 currently qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges for orders below this
threshold are specific to product size and weight and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our
reasonable control, including courier delays.
We will use the delivery address provided with your order. Please make sure your delivery
details are accurate before completing your purchase.
8. Collection
Customers may collect eligible online orders from South African Zest in Torpoint.
Collection arrangements, including when an order is ready and any information needed
to collect it, will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
Collection times will be between operating hours, any orders collected after hours will
need to be arranged strictly with management or you will need to collect the following
day if unable to collect in the given timeslots.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Returns, refunds and cancellation rights are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy and
are subject to applicable UK consumer law.
For many online purchases, consumers have a statutory cancellation right. There are legal
exceptions, including certain goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot
legally be limited or excluded.

cancellations, faulty or damaged goods, incorrect items and refunds.
10. Food, Perishable Goods and Allergens
Some products sold by South African Zest may be food products, perishable goods or
goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Customers should follow storage instructions and use products in accordance with the
information supplied with the product.
If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please check the relevant product
information and contact us if you need clarification before purchasing or consuming a
product.
The café/Restaurant may handle foods containing allergens. Customers should tell
café/Restaurant staff about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering so that
appropriate information can be provided where available.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Any promotional offer, discount or voucher will be subject to the specific terms stated with
that offer.

12. Availability and Stock
We aim to keep product availability information accurate, but products may occasionally
become unavailable.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you where appropriate and
provide the available options, including a refund where required.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the South African Zest website, including text,
photographs, graphics, logos and other materials, belongs to South African Zest or is used
with permission.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must
not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without
appropriate permission.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee
that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other
operational needs.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that
cannot legally be excluded or limited.
